Session Description: CIA University (CIAU) offers classroom courses on countries and regions around the world for a range of US Intelligence Community employees (analysts, collectors, technical officers, etc.) who may eventually work in or on those areas. To save travel time and money, CIAU is experimenting with online courses for those employees to learn at their desktops in a classified, secure environment. From our recent pilot of an e-Learning course about Iran, we'll share lessons learned around student and facilitator satisfaction, scale, depth, program management and more.
