Session Description: During this session, Deloitte's award winning leadership talent development process will be described that both compresses the classroom event and extends the learning through expert use of virtual classes, on-line learning and assessments and post-program on-line learning guides, email messages, virtual coaching and on-line goal setting and completion tracking. All will be engaged in a lively dialogue sharing best practices for blended, multi-modal learning for leadership development.

  • How can new leadership insights and behaviors be embedded on-the-job?
