Session Description: Does your organization perceive the introduction of learning technology and shift away from formal learning as threats? Integration of Performance Support with a continuous learning environment is actually one of our greatest opportunities to leverage the value and application of informal learning...and it will not happen in the classroom. For learning to be continuous, an expanded "design-think" should be embraced, in which attributes of learning space, media and systems are considered - in that order.
