Session Description: The evolution to a mobile, more compliant and transparent business environment requires individuals to manage their professional education, certification and licensure as they participate in a variety of relevant communities. A personalized learning portfolio that incorporates evidence-based curriculum, learner-centered education and community provides the necessary framework. We'll share our experience at the American College of Cardiology in developing such portfolios - what we tried in the past, our current pilot project and what we hope to achieve in the future.
