Session Description: Today's industry and education CIOs are charting courses for IT at their respective organizations. Regardless of size, scope or sector, the challenges in doing this have never been greater. This session will provide insight into "a day in the life" of one such CIO, balancing access, security, mobility and transparency. We will discuss how central IT departments appear to both enable and hinder their organizations' necessary progress with a focus on one such area: the field of learning.
