Session Description: Wondering if the grass is really greener? Thinking about how to recruit new talent from "the other side" and help them make a smooth transition? Your facilitators, who have moved from the inside out and the outside in within the last 18 months, will reflect on their successes, challenges, and lessons learned and invite you to share your questions and experiences.

  • Situations that two learning professionals were in and the opportunities that enticed them to "cross the line"
  • Pros and cons of making the switch from both the individual and company perspectives
  • Challenges faced and lessons learned as a way to accelerate the onboarding process
