Should I or can I look to a different career?" If your Learning Career is flat or stuck, come to this session to build a learning career action plan to get moving in the right direction.

*: Peter Jones is the Director of Learning Shared Services at Bristol-Myers Squibb and manages a centralized group that supplies a range of learning services to the lines of business across the company. In this role, Peter defines strategies for scoping, resourcing and implementing learning initiatives that directly contribute to the operations, growth and competitiveness of BMS. He also partners with learning and development organizations across BMS to drive the creation and implementation of learning standards, metrics, tools and best practices. Currently, Peter is focusing on key transformation efforts to drive learning efficiencies and effectiveness throughout the organization. Prior to joining BMS, Peter served as Vice President of Learning & Development at JP Morgan Chase and has a graduate degree from Columbia University; he has worked in a training and e-learning role for over 20 years
