Session Description: How do you develop leaders of all levels most effectively? What strategies can you use to engage leaders in the development process? How do you implement the 70-20-10 development philosophy? How do you measure your leadership development effectiveness? This session will provide insights on how we approached building a framework for our leadership development at 4 levels of leadership that utilize three types of development opportunities: self-led, manager-led and HR-led.

 

  • The components of our leadership development framework
  • The 4 levels of leadership and how the development approach used at each level are similar and different
  • The soft and hard metrics used to measure our leadership development success
