Session Description: Is learning at your desk possible? What are the greatest challenges? We'll discuss some best practices to make learning at your desk rich and more effective. What type of content and functionality work best? What duration of time is best for learners, and what modifications are necessary to learners' surroundings?

  • Can we learn complex or theoretical content at our desks?

 

Led by: Tony Pusateri - Equity Residential

 

*: Tony Pusateri is the Senior Vice President of National Education for Equity Residential. He is responsible for facilitating classroom training, career counseling, leadership development, strategic business development, analysis of educational products and processes, and management of the National Educational TEAM, which includes 7 Regional Education Directors, a Maintenance Training Director and 9 Operational System Trainers who are responsible for directing the education effort for the 5,000 employees in the organization. In addition, he frequently works with Equity Residential's internal departments to pursue educational opportunities while guiding and directing organizational initiatives that involve training and education.
