Session Description: When your audience is geographically dispersed and in separate organizations, classroom training alone isn't a complete solution - learners need resources between classes to help them learn and apply learning as needed on the job. For those who rarely if ever get sent to a class to learn and network, simple, accessible and quick learning "snacks" can satisfy Performance Support and learning needs on the job. Find out about a practical strategy using an LMS that involves job aids and learning activities that encourage managers to get involved in staff learning as well. Brainstorm new resources that can be provided through this model for any distributed community of interest.

*: Using low-tech resources to achieve high-impact learning

*: Efficient ways to increase access to learning and Performance Support resources for geographically dispersed clients

*: Strategies for helping (untrained) managers facilitate their staff's learning
