Session Description: Are you debating whether or not to move to SCORM? Wondering if the benefits are real? Concerned about entering uncharted waters? Hoping someone has paved the way? Over the past five years, Chrysler Academy (provider of training solutions for over 100,000 auto dealership employees) made the transition from a proprietary web-based courseware delivery system to a 100% SCORM 2004 conformant system. In this session we will share our story.

  • The challenges of moving to SCORM (and how to overcome them)
  • Actual benefits achieved
  • Lessons learned so others can benefit from our skinned elbows and knees

Simone Buchwald:It was an excellent presentation and I was thrilled to see what terrific content you produced! You really understood the benefits of SCORM2004 !
Bonnie Beresford:George - thanks for the kind words. It has been a journey, and we truly are pleased with the results. Of course, it's nice to share our SCORM story with an appreciative audience. This is honestly one of those things that my family just does NOT understand :-)
George Koch:Gordon and Bonnie What a presentation. You rock! Want to make sure we follow up and discuss the idea of a SCORM course based on your presentation and look forward to your positing your slides. You make the conference for me. Thanks. George
