Session Description: Now more than ever, it is critical to find effective ways of solving performer problems at the point-of-need. Today's speed of change, increasing task complexity, cost to deliver results and our drive to survive demands it. At Sprint University, we needed new performer-centered approaches to solve performance problems, better flex our resources and compete at the speed of our business. We'll show how Sprint Nextel used unique models and solutions to enable our performers.
