Session Description: High performing organizations ensure that all training connects back to desired operational results. The goal is not just to train, because training is the tactic used to achieve the goal. For this reason, training must be aligned with well-defined goals to achieve success. To help incorporate or link what is learned into everyday business practice, facilitators need to provide a clear, consistent message on the expectations for the next 90 days.

 

  • Align performance behaviors with course goals for any training course
  • Apply proven techniques to ensure learning continues after training
  • Design a Linkage Grid that can be used back on the job to hold trainees accountable
