Session Description: One of FedEx Kinko's goals is to create "lifetime" employment and new career opportunities for our employees. The company embraces a promote-from-within strategy regarding development and promotional growth and as such has created three development paths for Team Members -- The Career Development Program, Leadership Development Program and the Executive Development Program. These programs have made an impact preparing the company for growth as well as reducing turnover.

  • Create bench strength to support organizational growth, help drive cultural change and impact decreases in employee turnover
  • Utilize vendor partnerships to maximize your development programs
