Session Description: Many learners have difficulty citing a learning experience that changed their lives. They can name multiple training programs they have attended over the years, but few, if any, result in sustainable behavior change. In this session, we explore how the learning industry can gain new insight from the principles and models of "The Experience Economy", a groundbreaking book focused on compelling customer experiences.
