Session Description: We'll discuss tactics to address common barriers for effective use of tests as a cornerstone of training and development. We'll cover criteria for selecting the right assessment instruments from the vast pool of resources that are available, methods to integrate developmental assessment with related HR processes (e.g., talent management) and close with ideas on how to use assessment concepts to amplify the effectiveness of our training evaluations (from metric development to setting cut scores for certification).
