Renato Palácio

Session Description: Speaking to our customers and employees in their native tongues may not be cheap or fast, but it is a requisite in today's global and competitive world. This group discussion will address the strategies, processes, policies, technologies, and alternatives to consider when translating and localizing your learning content. Should you care about this? Yes, si, oui!

  • What are better processes for content development, adjusting scenarios to different languages/cultures and quality assurance?
  • Outsourcing vs. in-house translation services?
  • Should you translate at all? How do you manage different versions of the same course?
