  • What makes sustainability different from other large-scale change initiatives?
  • How can we adapt our own behaviors and solutions as learning departments to be more sustainable and environmentally friendly?

 

Led by: Melynda Otterbein - Bloomberg

 

Melynda Otterbein leads Bloomberg's internal Learning and Development team, which is responsible for learning programs in the areas of management development, professional effectiveness and compliance for 9000 global professionals. Her team is also working on a number of initiatives using technology to streamline the administration of L&D initiatives. Melynda lives in Jersey City, New Jersey with her husband and two children.
