Ideas on small group learning with min cost (group discussion):
lunch leanrs - meet SME or demonstrate a tool (usually scheduled)
discussion after the clasroom session in small groups
on-line courses - post course group session with a trainer - assessment, mini-certification + Q&A
breakfast with the top team - Q&A session, discussion
manger to brief on changes/new product - reference to on-line resources for details
session where one individual shares how s/he solve an issue - group discussion (many usually have same issues)
