Our Live Virtual Classroom system is self-funded by users who join at the start of the year and pay for for unlimited access via a three-level fee based on the number of full time employees.

Victoria LaBau is a Learning and Development Manager in the Continuous Improvement area for General Mills. She has been with General Mills for over 25 years and currently resides in Minneapolis, MN with her husband and 2 children, ages 19 and 16.
