Session Description: Business leaders in today's borderless global marketplace face unprecedented challenges. The emergence of the knowledge economy demands that business leaders become global leaders with strategies for guiding and empowering a diversified workforce in different countries, cultures and time zones in order to maximize returns from trading in a worldwide market. Leadership Without Borders asks, "What advice do successful global leaders have for future and current global leaders?" This session distills those stories and practical insights from over 200 leaders who have lived and worked in 60 countries.

Ed Cohen is the Senior Vice President for Satyam Computer Services, Satyam School of Leadership in Hyderabad, India. He is an international speaker on leadership and learning strategies, author of Leadership Without Borders and contributing author to "Next Generation Corporate Universities."
Ed has written numerous articles, including co-authoring "What Business Needs from Business Schools" in Strategy and Business Magazine, "Passages from India" in Training Magazine, and articles on strategic learning and leadership. Prior to Satyam, Ed was the founder and strategic leader of Booz Allen Hamilton's corporate university, which, under his leadership, became one of the world's most widely recognized corporate universities.
