Session Description: Content reuse: is it just talk or can we actually build content that is reused by designers and learners in a wide range of formats? How can we create, store and make discoverable content from the far corners of the organization? Come discuss and brainstorm this "hot topic" with your colleagues, focused on:

* Reused content: what is it really? Models for reuse and reusability

* Changed behaviors for reuse: what do people have to change as they create, share or reach for reusable content?

* Challenges: what gets in the way of content reuse? Technical, organizational, cultural and skills issues
