And, the world of today is different from the past and will evolve in the future. But, the basics of learning and how adults learn haven't changed, and change management really hasn't changed. These are key concepts for every learning professional to master.

Diane Tiger:This was a great session! I have been trying to convey the information, but I stopped taking notes since the slide deck was to be posted on the Wiki. Hope to see it soon.
Howard Dickens:Thank you for challenging us to think in and outside of the box. You reminded us, as learning professionals, to stick to the basics of adult learning and "know our stuff" so the people in our classes can learn something worth taking away. We never knew when you'd call us out, but I was ready by your second session. Hope you post notes or PPT soon.
Valerie Lowry:Lance, I thoroughly enjoyed the session. It gave me a new look at other aspects of change. We often times get side tracked with the "change tools". Thanks for the new insight. Where can I find the presentation?
