Session Description: Content isn't a static collection of facts, objects or rules. It constantly shifts in fact, focus and context. How it gets created, managed and distributed can't always be predicted in the future. And if all this is true, what's the relationship of content to Learning (not just video clips, animations or Reusable Learning Objects, but also "content" in the sense of intellectual capital)? This session addresses the approach JetBlue is taking to create an XML-based Content Management System for corporate-level regulated programs, policies, procedures and processes (what we call "the 4 P's") in a CMS designed to drive Learning activities within a highly-regulated industry.
