William (Bill) Lee, American Heart Association
Bill is the Director of Educational Research and Development at The American Heart Association in the Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) department. In that role, he funds research into the acquisition, retention, and transfer of resuscitation skills of healthcare providers. Bill assists the product development staff to integrate the findings of research into AHA’s training products. He is the department administrator for the company’s LMS and participates with the ECC Department Leadership team to set the education strategy.

Jack Wexler, Goodwill Industry
Jack Wexler joined Goodwill Industries International, Inc. as Director of Technology Based Learning in October of 2005. He is responsible for development and implementation of the next generation of Goodwill Industries' technology based learning strategy, researching and evaluating options and developing an action plan to establish a platform for delivery of computer-based, web-based, and other technology-based instruction throughout the Goodwill membership. Prior to Goodwill, Jack worked as an E-Learning Specialist/Independent Consultant for Wachovia Corporation and Security Finance Corporation, charged with implementing web based learning solutions and designing web based training for both corporations. Jack also worked at Royal and Sun Alliance and held various positions, such as Information Center Manager, Technical Systems Education Manager and E-Learning Manager. In addition, Jack owned the Family Computer Center, Inc., a training company targeting elementary-aged children, which enlisted several schools and camps in various cities with the objective of supplementing the computer education the children received in school.
