Jill Gardner has more than 13 years experience working for The Walt Disney Company. She began her career at Walt Disney World, designing and writing development programs for business professionals wishing to benchmark "The Disney Approach" with such topics as service, leadership and operational excellence. In 2004, Jill joined Corporate Enterprise Learning/Disney University and was a member of the project team responsible for the development and implementation of the Disney Development Connection systems, with a primary focus on enterprise learning content development and management. |

Barbara Howes is the VP of Disney University at The Walt Disney Company. She leads the learning strategy which focuses on technical and non-technical solutions to common learning challenges across the organization. Having just implemented the first global learning platform at Disney, Barbara and her team are now focusing their attention on optimizing the system functionality, developing compelling, relevant learning content and designing and implementing The Walt Disney Company's core leadership and executive development curriculums.

Beginning his hospitality career with Accor North America in 1991, Allen Krom currently holds the position of Director, e-Learning & Workforce Development. Previously, he worked with the South Dakota Department of Health for ten years. While working for the global hospitality leader Accor, he has held positions in the IT, Franchising, and Quality Departments. At the corporate headquarters in Carrollton Texas, he is now on the management team at the Leadership & Development Training campus (facility), Académie Accor NA. One main focus of Allen’s is the rollout of Académie Accor North America services to the Accor worldwide network of 14 training Academies. |
