Session Title: Real Estate / Mortgages & Learning Industry User Group

Session #: 116

Location: Fiesta 2

Session Format: Industry Session

Engage in an interactive benchmarking dialogue with other colleagues from the Real Estate and Mortgages field in this special MyIndustry Learning User Group. We will compare notes about how "Learning is Changing", including:

  • Navigating Challenges: the tide has been turning rapidly in the real estate market, moving housing stories from the financial section to the front page.  What challenges are industry changes causing in your environment and what are some ways to overcome them?
  • Gearing Up: we need to swiftly adapt to our ever-changing climate. What new knowledge and skills are required to swim (not sink)?
  • Riding the Wave: how do Real Estate and Mortgage Learning organizations acclimate, and even sail, through turbulent waters? What treasures have the new tides brought in and how can we leverage the opportunities that change can bring?
