Engage in an interactive benchmarking dialogue with other colleagues from the Communications field in this special MyIndustry Learning User Group. We will compare notes about how "Learning is Changing", including:

 

• How can we build efficiencies into new-hire training for complex front-line roles in call centers and in the field?
• What learning solution modalities work best for delivering training to front-line employees in the telecommunications industry?
• What methods are being used to engage front-line supervisors in reinforcing learning?

 

 

Led by:

Martha Soehre, Chief Learning Officer for Comcast   She joined Comcast in 2000, after a 25-year career with the Defense Industry and 13 years as an adjunct professor and research advisor in higher education. She has a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, and an MBA.

Dave Fogleman, Vice President - Sprint University   in Overland Park, Kansas.  Fogleman joined Sprint Nextel in 1984 and has served in a variety of executive roles in HR Operations, Long Distance International, Sprint University and Supply Chain Management. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
