Engage in an interactive benchmarking dialogue with other colleagues from the Financial Services and Banking field in this special MyIndustry Learning User Group. We will compare notes about how "Learning is Changing", including:

Michael Bunch, Washington Mutual

 

Michael Bunch has more than 15 years experience in the learning field with software and financial companies and more than 10 years in the field of eLearning and knowledge management. He has rolled out eLearning technologies within several organizations and recently has led the technical efforts in migrating all learning operations within his current company to an outsourcing partner.

Eren Rosenfeld, Merrill Lynch

 

Eren Rosenfeld, Director, GMI Learning & Development for Merrill Lynch since 2005, is responsible for learning and development for Investment Banking globally. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Eren spent 13 years working at Accenture as a consultant specializing in human performance, enterprise-wide learning solutions and change management. During this time she worked for product, financial services, high-tech and communications clients. Eren holds a BA in Business Economics from Brown University.

Lou Bonaiuto, Wachovia

 

Lou Bonaiuto is the Outsourcing Service Delivery Manager - Learning, for Wachovia.  He is responsible for managing Wachovia’s relationship with its outsourcing partner for learning design, learning administration, and learning technology services. He directs a team of learning strategists who coordinate the design, development and administration of learning solutions at the enterprise and line-of-business level. Prior to his current role, Lou held positions as Senior Manager of Learning Design, Director of the E-Commerce/Specialty Finance College and Dean of the Automation & Operations College in Wachovia’s corporate university. Lou has 34 years of banking experience in Human Resources, Operations & Technology and Project Management.
