Kathy Milhauser, Nike Kathy Milhauser has over 20 years experience at Nike in information technology management, human resources, learning and development, and process re-engineering. She has been responsible for leading the implementation of technology solutions for a variety of business needs, including merchandising, product development, e-commerce, and e-learning. She has led the implementation of learning solutions to support employees in Nike’s headquarters in the U.S. as well as in manufacturing and product development offices across Asia. Most recently, she has been part of a team at Nike focused on bringing Lean Manufacturing principles to the office environment in an effort to streamline processes and aid global team collaboration as they work to meet changing business demands. |

Bonnie Ricchio is the Learning Technologies Manager responsible for the e-Learning strategy development, evaluation and deployment for S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. She has been with the company for 14 years and has worked in a variety of functional areas before moving into the Learning & Development field four years ago. |

Linda Coffman is a Sr. Manager of Learning Technologies in Global Learning & Development at P&G. She is currently exploring alternative ways to deliver learning content – alternatives to their tried and true methods utilizing ILT, WBT, Blended and Live Distance. One of the interesting techniques she has been exploring is the use of storytelling, or narrative, as a technique to enable the delivery of learning. Linda is using storytelling in a variety of different ways, including as the foundational design for a knowledge transfer initiative. |
