Keith Koch is the Director of Next Generation Learning at Capella University where he has played a variety of roles since 2000. Keith leads a department of 50+ employees with responsibility for online course development, website interface design, content management, interactive design and online collaboration. Keith holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Minnesota. His background is in e-commerce, but has been focused on online university experience (both learning and services) for the past 6 years. |

Rovy Branon is the Executive Director of the Academic Advanced Distributed Learning Co-Lab in Madison, WI. He also holds an adjunct faculty position at Indiana University Bloomington in Instructional Systems Technology. Rovy regularly presents on advances in learning technology, instructional design and strategic organizational sourcing for training. |

Ken Sadowski began his ten-year career at the University of Chicago as the Education & Training Coordinator; providing help desk support and training of desktop applications to faculty, staff, and students. Currently the Assistant Director of Academic Technologies, Ken is responsible for managing the teaching and learning technology resources used across campus, from specialized applications to the campus learning management system. Ken also serves as the Executive Chair for a learning group called SLATE: over 50 colleges and universities throughout the Midwest and the individuals who support teaching, learning, and emerging technology needs at their respective institutions. |
